Founder & Senior Pastors, Misión
Carismática Internacional
Bogota, Colombia
In 1983, God gave Pastor Cesar Castellanos
a Vision that would change his life and his ministry.
The Lord said to Him, “Dream of a big church because
dreams are the language of My Spirit. The church you
would be shepherding will be as countless as the stars
in the sky or as the sand by the seashore”. Pastors
Cesar and Claudia Castellanos went on to found “Misión
Charismática Internacional” (MCI) in Bogota,
Colombia starting with only eight people in his living
room.
Through Pastor Cesar’s fervent
belief in God, MCI today has more than 200,000 members
and more than 45,000 cells in the City of Bogota. The
revolutionary strategies that the Lord revealed to him
for church multiplication are now known as the G12 Vision
or the Government of 12.
The mission of Pastor Cesar and his
wife Claudia who is also a senator of Colombia is to
fulfill God’s command in Matthew 28:19 to go and
make disciples of all nations. It is their desire that
every believer will be equipped to become a leader of
leaders. Renowned pastors have embraced the Vision and
are making deep impact in the nations where God has
given them apostolic influences.

Senior
Pastor, International Cellular Baptist Church
Gama, Brazil
Laudjair and Eline Guerra are the Senior Pastors
of International Cellular Baptist Church (IBCC)
in the city of Gama, in the Capital of Brazil.
They have 3 children: Rebecca (17 years old),
Laudjair Filho (14 years old) and Lucas (10 years
old).
IBCC started in August 1997 with only 34 people.
The church went from 384 to 2,000 cells in a period
of six months and then from 2,000 to 12,000 cells
in a period of one year.
Due to this fast multiplication, the senior pastors
invested this last year consolidating the lives
of those who were reached, and specially strengthening
the Team of Twelve. Their goal now is to jump
from 12,000 to 100,000 cells.
It all started when Pastor Laudjair told Pastor
Cesar Castellanos that he would like to reach
10,000 cells in five years. Pastor Cesar then
asked him why he had to wait for five years to
achieve his goal. Without giving an answer, he
felt challenged to do something different. Their
church was the first to follow after Bogota to
do the Macro-Encounters. They started looking
for ways to reach an explosive cellular growth.
As an answer to their cries, God gave them cellular
strategies and an amazing harvest.
Pastors Laudjair and Eline Guerra are the Coordinators
of the G12 Vision in Brazil and are dreaming for
a worldwide cellular revolution of one million
people churches.
